In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:
We had wretched weather all day. Anything today would be an improvement. A few Bluefish and Drum were caught late afternoon at the point. The Ocracoke Invitational Tournament finished up yesterday and I have the results. The Hooligan’s Marauders team won overall and the Queen Mackerels won the ladies division.

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported small Trout and Pins.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Skate and Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Slow.
Outer Banks: Some Spot and Sea Mullet.


Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

No report

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore boats stayed in the creek.

The SW wind is at 17 and the water temp is 55 degrees. Sunny, windy, pm showers, decent waves for the ESA Regional Surf contest today and tomorrow.
