In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:
Happy Mother’s day everyone.

There are still some big Bluefish on the south side of the point. Large Sea Mullet on all the south beaches with Puppy Drum as well. A few Sea Mullet north of Oregon Inlet.

The NW wind is at 9 and the water temp is 60 degrees. Pleasant wind, clean waves and sunny.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Stripers and some bottom fish.


Pier Fishing Report:
The Sea Mullet action was great yesterday for the piers. One person fishing OBX caught 100.  It has started out slow today. It’s early.

Avalon: Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Sea Mullet, Sand Perch and Gray Trout.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet.
 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
