In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:

We had rain most of the day. A few Bluefish were on the Buxton beaches. I have no other news to report. The wind will subside as the day goes and fishing should pick up for the weekend. As for today, it is windy but fishing is good from the piers and should be good  from the surf.

The winds are W at 21 and the water temp is 61 degrees. Flat and glassy water, high wind and sunny day.

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow this morning but there are some small Trout and small Puppy Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout, Sea Mullet, small Striper, and Puppy Drum.

Nags Head: Killing the Sea Mullet, loads of them. A few Bluefish.

Jennette’s: Sea Mullet and Sand Perch

Outer Banks: Black Drum, Specks, ea Mullet, and Puppy Drum.
