In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

There were a couple of Bluefish, 1 keeper Flounder and Spanish reported at the Cape yesterday, some Sea Mullet and Pompano caught in Frisco and a few Puppy Drum in Hatteras. A few Puppy Drum north of Oregon Inlet.

 

The winds are NE at 22 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Large rough wind swell, rain, wind gusting too 35.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported a good day yesterday despite the wind. There were keeper Puppy Drum, keeper Black Drum and keeper Trout caught.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

The piers are empty this morning at this time.
 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The Offshore fleet stayed home yesterday and will today.
