Surf Fishing Report:

I have no news from yesterday. Today will be a better day and the week ahead is looking good.

This is a good time for me to remind people that an “all wheel Drive” is not the same as a 4x4 and lowering tire pressure is essential. You should have a plan to remove your vehicle safely in the event you get stuck on the beach. Stop and read your signs when you enter a ramp. It will save a lot of trouble in the long run.  I have pictures.

The winds are W at 11 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Sun is shining, light winds, clean swell.

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow this morning. A few Striper and bottom fish.
