In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:

Fishing was again slow from the surf yesterday. Most of the beaches had Sea Mullet. Frisco added Pompano and Cape Point caught lots of sharks again with some Flounder. The beaches north of Oregon Inlet also caught Sea Mullet.

If you missed the TW’s annual tent sale yesterday, you can still catch it today.

The winds are S at 8 and the water temp is 70 degrees.

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway is having a slow morning. Only some small Trout so far. Some nice Sheepshead were caught from the Pirates Cove Bridge on the causeway and Oregon Inlet Bridge. Matt and Christina Whitt fished both bridges and caught some whoppers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish, Blues and throw back Cobia.

Nags Head: Spanish and Blues.

Jennette’s: Spanish and Blues.

Outer Banks: Spanish, Blues, Sea Mullet and a keeper Puppy Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

The boats trolling along the beaches had some good reel action catching Spanish. Inshore caught Trout, Blues and Flounder.

Offshore Boats Report:
The charters have been filling their boxes with Yellowfins and Dolphin everyday this week. Also some good size Bigeye.
