In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

There were some Spanish caught at Cape Point along with Shark and Sea Mullet. Ramp 38 had some big Sea Mullet. There were some Bluefish, Trout and Sea Mullet north of the Inlet.  

 

The winds are SW at 12 and the water temp is 65 degrees. Soggy day, windy, clean swell.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow, heavy rains this morning.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: No Contact.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Sea Mullet, Puppy Drum, Bluefish and Flounder.

Outer Banks: a few Sea Mullet.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore caught Amberjack, King Mackerel and some Dolphin. Inshore open boats decking Stripers, Drum, Flounder and Trout.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore boats had another day filling their fish boxes with Yellowfin Tuna. They also caught a good number of Bigeye.
