We are having some wretched weather. It rained off and on all day Tuesday and then it set in for the night. It is pretty much the same today. Despite the showers the beach strollers are out this morning and anglers are on the beach surf fishing. The Fritz Boyden Memorial Youth fishing Tournament is happening on all the piers as I speak and they are catching. Yesterday there were some Puppy Drum reported in Nags Head surf and Sea Mullet scattered.

The winds are SW at 14 and the water temp is 62 degrees. Rain showers, murky Ocean, small swells, windy.
