Surf Fishing Report:
Sea Mullet and a few Puppy Drum were reported from the beaches.
The winds are SW at 17 and the water temp is 63 degrees. Sunny, windy, flat ocean.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported good Trout fishing, Flounder, Spadefish and plenty throwback Stripers. Tiffany Nicholson sent word and pictures her family had a great day catching and releasing Stripers.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: 1 Trout and 1 Flounder.
Nags Head: 1 Flounder.
Jennette’s: Sand Perch and small Flounder.
Outer Banks: a Sea Mullet.
Can you believe this Pier report again? This has gone on much too many days.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Despite the wind a few nearshore boats fished and caught Spanish.
Offshore Boats Report:
The wind conditions kept the boats at the Docks.
