In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

Fishing remains exceptionally slow. Sea Mullet and Croaker scattered.

 

The winds are SW at 9 and the water temp is 58 degrees. Sunny and hot, calm Ocean, murky water, shivering cold, light winds.

                              

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Some Trout, Flounder, Croakers and Spot.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: slow.

Nags Head: slow.

Jennette’s: Sea Mullet, Croaker and Spot.

Outer Banks: slow.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore catches have increased with the boats reporting Spanish, Kings, Triggers, Amberjack, Bluefish, Moonfish, citation Red Drum and some Cobia hook ups as well.

Inshore decked good numbers of Trout, Spanish, Triggers and Red Drum. Miss Oregon Inlet reeled in Croakers, Spot, Sea Bass, Sea Mullet, Puffers, Flounder, Pigs and Pins.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore anglers added a good amount of meat fish in their boxes bringing home some Mahi, Blackfin and Yellowfin. Some nice citation Wahoo and a 141 lb Big-eye were also caught.
