In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

We have rough conditions today. Yesterdays surf fishing improved. There were Drum at ramp 4, Spot, Sea Mullet and Croaker up and down on all the beaches.

The police are set up at the foot of Oregon Inlet Bridge Bridge but ramp 4 is not closed.

 

The winds are NE at 18 and the water temp is 69 degrees. Sun is shining; wind is blowing, rough angry ocean.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway is the place to be this morning. Anglers are catching Rockfish, Trout and bottom fish.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Only sight seers on the piers this morning

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

One nearshore boat from Pirates Cove braved the conditions yesterday and killed the Spanish.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet stayed tied to the docks.
