In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

A few small Trout, Sea Mullet and small Spot.

 

The winds are SE at 1 and the water temp is 70 degrees. Sunny, light winds, small swells.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported some keeper Trout, Black Drum, Flounder, Croaker, throwback Stripers.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot and Bluefish.

Nags Head: Spot and Bluefish.

Jennette’s: Spadefish, Bluefish and Flounder.

Outer Banks: Bluefish. Had a good run of Spanish and Bluefish late afternoon yesterday.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore boats had an awesome day catching Spanish, Triggers, King Mackerel, good numbers of Blue fish and Tilefish. Inshore had sound Stripers, good Trout fishing and released over the slot Drum.

                                                                                      

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore had a good day catching Yellowfin, Blackefin, some gaffer Dolphin and hefty Wahoo weighing up to 59 lbs. There were Blue and White marlin releases and Sailfish as well.
