In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

The front we are experiencing is going to hang through Tuesday. It surely puts a damper on our summer fishing. There have been some nice Sea Mullet in Kitty Hawk, Croaker and Spot scattered.

 

The winds are S at 8 and the water temp is 74 degrees. Small swells, light winds, warm water, sun is shining at the present.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The anglers fishing the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway are catching some keeper Trout this morning.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Some Bluefish.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Croaker, Sand Perch and Blue Crab.

Outer Banks: Blue Crabs. Had a great day Fri afternoon catching Pompano and nice Sea Mullet.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore anglers decked Triggers, Bluefish, Albacore and Sea Bass. Trout fishing continues to be good inshore.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore fishing was fair catching some Yellowfin, Blackfin, Big-eye and limited out on Dolphin.
