In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

We had plenty of rain to start the day Sunday but ended up a really beautiful day. There were Sea Mullet and small Bluefish scattered.

 

The winds are E at 9 and the water temp is 76 degrees. Small messy Swells, light winds, clear water, showers.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Flounder and other bottom fish.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: no contact.

Nags Head: Raining.

Jennette’s: Sand Perch, Bluefish and Spadefish.

Outer Banks: Raining. Small Bluefish.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore trolling boats decked plenty Bluefish and Spanish. Inshore boats had an awesome Trout weekend.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The Alice Kelly Memorial Billfish Tournament was this weekend with 98 boats fishing. The 1st place winner was Release with Capt Ron Whitaker. There were also Yellowfin, Dolphin and Wahoo caught.
