In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

Surf fishing was better than usual yesterday with some Sea Mullet, Spot and Puppy Drum caught from the beach. I was told there are double header Spot from KDH beach this morning  

 

The winds are W at 12 and the water temp is 74 degrees. Partly cloudy, light winds, small clean swells, muddy water.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, plenty no keeper Puppies and bottom fish.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow.

Nags Head: Spot, Sea Mullet and small Puppy Drum.

Jennette’s: Bluefish, Puffers, Sea Mullet, Pompano, Stripers and Puppy Drum.

Outer Banks: Pompano and Spot.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore caught Spanish and Blues and Inshore reported plenty Trout and Flounder and Sound Striper.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore boats stayed in due to rough conditions
