In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

I am not getting any news from the surf but I’m pretty sure there are some fish there. I also know I cannot tell you what is going to happen with the storm. I get the same news from the weather report as everyone. Just hope everyone uses good judgment and stays safe.

 

The winds are NW 10 at and the water temp is 74 degrees. Sunshine, large swells, surfers are out.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Puppy Drum, some keepers and small Trout.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Black Drum.

Nags Head: Bluefish and Skates.

Jennette’s: Croaker, Spadefish, Sand Perch, Black Sea Bass and Bluefish.

Outer Banks: Puppy Drum and Bluefish.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore anglers caught Trout, Blues and Puppy Drum. Nearshore had Spanish and Blues. The Headboat decked Puffers, Croaker, Spot, Pinfish, Flounder and Pigs.

 

 

Offshore Boats Report:
A few boats made it over the bar and caught some Yellowfin and a couple of Sailfish.
