In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

With the cool temperatures it feels fall like. I’m not quite ready for it yet. We have another beautiful day on the Outer Banks. Surf fishing will be pretty much non-existent for the next several days.

 

The winds are NE at 14 and the water temp is 73 degrees. Rough seas, white caps, windy, sunny.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteno causeway reported slow.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: A few bottom fish.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: Blues, Pigfish ad Sea Mullet.

Outer Banks: A keeper Drum and Flounder.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore boats limited out on Speckle Trout. Ocean too rough for nearshore fishing.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Only a few boats ventured out yesterday and were well rewarded with Blackfin, Dolphin and Wahoo. There were also a good amount of Sailfish releases.
