In Summary:
Surf Fishing Report:
There were Puppy Drum along the beaches yesterday. The water has muddied up so there should be some Sea Mullet added to the Drum catches today.
The winds are SW at 5 and the water temp is 73 degrees. Light winds, partly cloudy, nice clean large swells.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Puppies and Black Drum.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puppy Drum.
Nags Head: A couple of Blues.
Jennette’s: a Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: Pompano and Black Drum.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore boats continue to have a good Trout bites and decent Drum fishing.
Offshore Boats Report:
The boats have been in for the last several days due to rough conditions.
