In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

I have nothing to report from the beaches. Jose will be passing by us the next couple of days. We should get some beach erosion and tidal flooding and then we will start watching Maria.

 

The winds are NE at 22 and the water temp is 76 degrees. Rough surf, windy and cloudy.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Black Drum and Puppy Drum.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot, Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Pompano.

Nags Head: Slow.

Jennette’s: A Spot.

Outer Banks: Puppy Drum.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

To rough for the nearshore. The inshore anglers are catching Trout, Flounder, Bluefish and Puppies.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The Charters stayed in the creek.
