Surf Fishing Report:

The Ocean is extremely rough this morning and beautiful. The wind is gusting at 40 mph, the wave height is 15.6 and it’s raining.

Tracy Sawyer sent a picture of a good mess of fish he caught from Bonner Bridge yesterday morning. I don’t get much news from there and I forget to remind people it is another bridge to fish.

I also heard from Grover Sheldon. He and his buddies caught 6 Drum at Oregon Inlet Sunday. He sent an interesting picture of the boat that capsized this week being salvaged. The boat nearly capsized but stayed afloat and later washes up at Oregon Inlet. The Coast Guard picked up all 5 people after they abandon the 54 ft ship.

The winds are N at 28 and the water temp is 75 degrees.
