In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

The storms are still affecting the Outer Banks and there is still uncertain for the rest of the week as to what Hurricane Maria is going to go. No surf fishing report.

 

The winds are NE at 9 and the water temp is 76 degrees. Sunny, light wind, rough water, white caps.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Puppy Drum, and Stripers.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish, Spot and Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: Slow

Jennette’s: No Contact.

Outer Banks: 42 & 44 in Red Drum, Black Drum, Bluefish, Flounder and Trout.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore fishing is great with plenty Trout and Drum caught in our sounds.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore boats are still stuck in the creek due to rough conditions.
