In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

The ocean Rough but fisherable and there were Puppy Drum reported on our northern beaches.

 

The winds are NE at 15 and the water temp is 75 degrees. Sun is shining, windy, choppy swells.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Black Drum, Trout and Stripers. Al Spencer caught a whopping big 19 in Black Drum yesterday. (Picture).

 

Pier Fishing Report:
All Piers caught Red Drum yesterday with Jennette’s reporting 18, Nags Head with 6,

Avalon: Slow.

Nags Head: a Croaker and Sea Mullet.

Jennette’s: 5 big Red Drum early this morning, one 46 in, Croaker and Puppy Drum.

Outer Banks: 40 in Red Drum and Shark.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore caught Drum and Trout. Miss Oregon inlet sailed and anglers decked Bluefish, Sea Bass, Croaker and Sea Mullet.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The winds are still making rough conditions for the fleet.
