In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

It is a beautiful day on the Outer Banks and perfect day to go fishing. It should be a good Drum day. There were Drum, Sea Mullet and Croaker beached yesterday.

 

The winds are NW at 5 and the water temp is 74 degrees. Sun is shining, light winds and choppy Ocean.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

Anglers fishing the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway have caught a few keeper Trout this morning.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Croaker, Spot and 16 Red Drum before day light.

Nags Head: Puppy Drum, Spot and Croaker.

Jennette’s: Fishing Tournament this morning. Drum, Black Drum, Flounder and Croaker.

Outer Banks: Croakers and plenty Sharks.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Inshore boats caught Drum, Stripers and Trout.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet finally made it over the bar and returned with good catches of Mahi and some Tuna and Wahoo.
