Plenty of Sea Mullet biting on all the beaches. The Point caught Bluefish and had another good Red Drum bite. Buxton reported Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Blow Toads and Black Drum. Croakers in Avon and Puppy Drum in Frisco. No report on this side of the bridge.

OBX Pier is catching Gray Trout, Blow Toads and Croaker. Jennette’s catching Bluefish and Blow Toads. Avalon caught Bluefish and Speckle Trout early. Nags Head Pier has Skates and Puffers. I was told it is a long johns and heavy coat day on the piers.

It was a good Trout day for the inshore boaters with plenty keepers.

Offshore caught good numbers of Yellowfin and Dolphin. Also a White Marlin release.

The winds are N at 18 and the water temp is 59 degrees. Overcast, cooler today, choppy water.
