In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

This morning’s weather sort of snuck up on me. The surf is not fisherable this morning. There were Black Drum, Puppy Drum and some Croakers scattered along the beaches yesterday.

The winds are NE at 24 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Partly cloudy, cool, strong winds, rough Ocean.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported a few Trout and Black Drum.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
There are only one or two people on the piers this morning. Not catching yet.

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore anglers reported Snapper, Sea Mullet, Trout and Flounder. Inshore caught Striper, Trout, Flounder and Drum.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
It was an extremely good day with the fleet catching Blackfin, Wahoo and limiting out on Dolphin.
