Surf Fishing Report:
A few Spot, Black Drum, small Bluefish and thanks to Shane Dempsey I know of one Puppy Drum caught from S. Nags Head surf.
The winds are SW at 3 and the water temp is 67 degrees. Sunny, light breeze, clean swells, lots of surfing dudes are out this morning and Trout fisherman scattered along the beaches.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Stripers and Black Drum.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout and Black Drum.
Nags Head: Trout and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: No report.
Outer Banks: Black Drum, Trout and Bluefish.
Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore boats caught plenty Stripers.
Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore boats came in early yesterday after experience some unexpected rough seas. They caught a Blackfin, scattered Yellowfin and a few Wahoo.
