In Summary:

 

Surf Fishing Report:

Surf fishing remains good with Drum caught from all the beaches. A few small Trout, Black Drum and Bluefish.

 

The winds are SW at 6 and the water temp is 66 degrees. Sunny, little wind, clean swells.

 

Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported fishing has slowed from the last couple of days. Catching small stuff this morning.

 

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow.

Nags Head: Puppy Drum, a nice keeper Trout, Taylor Blues and Spot.

Jennette’s: Small Bluefish and Gray Trout.

Outer Banks: Sea Mullet & Blow Toads,

 

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

King Mackerel fishing was good again yesterday. No report from inshore.

 

Offshore Boats Report:

The offshore fleet had good Wahoo catches weighing up to 86 lbs. Lots of Trophy’s.  Some Mahi with Gaffers as well. Pirates Cove Marina had a meat grand Slam, catching Blackfin, Yellowfin and Wahoo.
