Surf Fishing Report:
Sea Mullet were everywhere again on Sunday. Sand Fleas are the hot bait. Some scattered Bluefish on the beaches with the point having a good run early morning using cut bait.  

Sea Mullet and small Bluefish this side of the inlet. This morning, anglers are catching Trout.
The winds are E at 11 and the water temp is 59 degrees. The water is calm and clear. A beautiful day on the Outer Banks.


Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported small Trout and Striper releases. Striper fishing is out of season.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Nice Sea Mullet and nice size Trout.

Nags Head: Blues and some keeper Trout.

Jennette’s: Bluefish and Sea Mullet.

Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Bluefish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Anglers on the boats caught Bluefish and released Stripers.

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore had a Sailfish release, some Yellowfin and plenty of Dolphin.
