We do not have the rain and dusting of snow that was predicted and it is cold. It’s too early to count it out yet.
There were a few over the slot Drum caught in Hatteras.
The winds are NW at 11 and the water temp is 40 degrees. Sun is shining, cold day, rough Ocean, white water beyond the piers, high winds in the forecast.
