Fishing Report:
The wind is still creating a problem with the Dare count emergency management sending out a notice this morning. “NCDOT reports ocean overwash occurring on NC12 north of Rodanthe to Bonner Bridge making travel unsafe. Expect closure and/or delay thru noon today”.
Despite the fact the wind gusting at 32 kts and the ocean is extremely rough with 10-15 ft seas; it is a beautiful sunny day.
The winds are N at 28 and the water temp is 48 degrees. Sunny, cold day, rough Ocean, windy.
