Fishing Report:
It is a bitter cold morning, Ocean is back to normal and it is a beautiful day on the Outer Banks. The past week has been a tough one. There is a lot of clean up to be done and I understand there is much debris floating in the Ocean. Kim wrote in and said large pilings are been tossed around like toothpicks in the surf zone.
The winds are NW at 15 and the water temp is 43 degrees. Sunny, cold day, small swells, windy.
