The only news I have to report from the surf are dog sharks. It has been a tough week. Cold as a witch’s tit. We are expecting a slow warm up starting today with the weekend in the 70’s.
One boat from Pirates Cove fished on Tuesday and returned to the docks with 315 lbs of Tuna.
The 877# Bluefin caught on St Patrick’s Day has been certified as a new state record. It was 113 inches from nose to fork and had a girth of 79 inches.
