Surf Fishing Report:
Yesterday was not a good day for fishing. There were a few scattered Sea Mullet on the south beaches.

Nothing to report from our end.  The water is fisherable. There could be Bluefish and Sea Mullet.

The winds are NE at 16 and the water temp is 61 degrees. Rough water, coat weather for fishermen, sun is shining. 57 degrees at my house this morning.


Sound Fishing Report:
Anglers fishing the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway are catching a few small Trout. Doug Huber fished the bridge yesterday and caught 2 keepers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Reported about 15 Trout in the 15-15 in range. And a few Bluefish.

Nags Head: Trout and Blues.

Jennette’s: Bluefish.

Outer Banks: Bluefish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore boaters had good Bluefish action.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
There were some Blackfin, Yellowfin and Dolphin, some gaffers brought to shore. Also a Sailfish and White Marlin release.
