Fishing Report:
It turned out to be a slow day yesterday. A few scattered Sea Mullet on the south beaches and some Bluefish at ramp 48. The piers were slow and this morning there is nothing much to talk about. There are some Skate and Puffers at Jennette’s. A Striper and Sea Mullet at Avalon. 2 nice size Blues at Nags Head Pier and Shad. OBX a Flounder, Spade fish and lots of skate. The Little Bridge is having some action catching Trout, Stripers and Shad. The only real good news this morning it was a good day on the water for the boats. They returned to the docks with good catches of Yellowfin and some Blackfin and Mahi.
The winds are W at 9 and the water temp is 55 degrees. Sunny, flat and glassy ocean.
