In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:
Despite the gusting winds and chilly weather a few people were surf fishing. Frisco beaches had big Bluefish, Black Drum Sea Mullet and some Flounder. The Point reported a 31 inch Red Drum and 2 48 in Red Drum. They also had Big Blues 20+ in. and smaller Blues.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported a few people fishing early morning and gave it up early because of weather.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Mullet and Blues.
Nags Head: Chopper Blues and releasing a lot of Trout.
Jennette’s: Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Blues.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Weather hindrance.

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet stayed tied to the Docks.

The winds are N at 15 and the water temp is 57 degrees. Raining windy, rough messy swells.
