In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:
There were more Drum caught early morning at Cape Point. Buxton had Puppy Drum; Avon is catching Sea Mullet Spot and Croaker. Bluefish and Sea Mullet are biting at Frisco and Hatteras. There were some slot size Drum and over slot size Drum reported on the South side Oregon Inlet. On the north side a few Sea Mullet and Spot.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Stripers, Black Drum and small Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet, Speckle Trout and Bluefish.
Nags Head: Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Rays, Sharks, Rays. A lot of that everywhere.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Burrfish and Sea Mullet
Outer Banks: Mullet and Spot.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore caught Cobia and had good catches of Tilefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore charters filled their boxes with good catches Dolphin, some Blackfin and 2 Sailfish.

The winds are SW at 11 and the water temp is 62 degrees. Sunny, flat Ocean, Light winds.
