In Summary:

Surf Fishing Report:
Anglers on the south beaches caught Cobia, Bluefish and Spanish on lures. Plenty of Sea Mullet are still biting everywhere with blood worms the choice of bait.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Black Drum, Trout, Spot and Stripers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet and keeper Black Drum.
Nags Head: Spanish and Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: Spot and Mullet and lots of Skate and Rays.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Anglers are limiting out with Cobia and catching lots of citations. There were lots of citation Red Drum releases. Nearshore also catching Bluefish and the Spanish bite was big.

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet brought in some Mahi, lots of citation Yellowfin weighing up to 102 lbs, Bigeye and a 52lb Grouper. There were Tilefish caught as well.
