Surf Fishing Report:
The weather was great yesterday, really hot and muggy but I had no rain at my house.
There were Pompano, Sea Mullet, Bluefish and a few Puppy Drum at Avon and Buxton and Sea Mullet reported in Frisco. Sea Mullet and small Bluefish north of Oregon Inlet.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported nice Spot all week and Black Drum, some bottom fish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish and Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Spanish and released a Cobia.
Jennette’s: Sheepshead and Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: The first Puppy Drum off the Outer Banks pier this year. 2 Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Anglers nearshore saw Spanish, Bonita and Bluefish trolling and Cobia fishing is outstanding. Good Sheepshead catches around the bridge pilings. The Headboat decked Croaker, Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Spot and Flounder.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet caught good numbers of Yellowfin, some Bigeye and some Mahi

The winds are W at 4 and the water temp is 62 degrees. Sunny, flat Ocean, no wind this morning. Fairly nice swells and the paddle boarders are out.
