Surf Fishing Report:
Right from the beginning this morning I need to remind everyone from June 1 – December 31, it is unlawful to possess more than (1) Cobia per vessel per day.
It is also unlawful to keep a Trout before June the 15th.

Anglers are catching Sea Mullet from all the beaches. Bluefish and Spanish from Buxton and Avon. Frisco and Hatteras added some Pompano and if you take a walk to the point you can catch Bluefish and Spanish on metal.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow this morning with some Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Mullet.
Nags Head: Mullet.
Jennette’s: No contact.
Outer Banks: Mullet and Croakers.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The Cobia bite is still on for inshore and offshore. Spanish and Bluefish are biting along shore.

Offshore Boats Report:
Bigeyes were caught and nice size Yellowfin. It seems the fleet is having trouble fighting sharks with every catch.

The winds are SW at 11 and the water temp is 70 degrees. Sunny/pm thunderstorms, small swells, light winds.
