Surf Fishing Report:
Sea Mullet, Bluefish and Pompano were reported from Avon to Hatteras with some Puppy Drum beached in Buxton. Sea Mullet were scattered on the north beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Spot and releasing Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow.
Nags Head: Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Sheepshead and Pinfish.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Bonita and Spanish Mackerel were reported inshore and Cobia still plentiful with citations. Sheepshead around the pilings.

Offshore Boats Report:
Fishing was some slower than usual yesterday. The fleet anglers decked nice size citation Yellowfin, some Mahi and a couple of Skipjacks.

The winds are NW at 17 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Mostly cloudy, rough surf, windy.
