Surf Fishing Report:
I’m getting the rain this morning in KDH they were calling for all weekend.
Avon, Hatteras and Buxton reported Spanish, Sea Mullet and Blue fish. Buxton also had Pompano and Puppy Drum. Frisco anglers beached Sea Mullet and Pompano.
Sea Mullet and Bluefish scattered on our beaches. Josh Mallory had an awesome day catching Sea Mullet Sunday morning. Sand Fleas make fantastic bait for Sea Mullet and they are plentiful right now. Just dig in the surf, put them in bucket sand and all.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Spot and Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Few Mullet.
Nags Head: Blues and 1 Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Few Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Bluefish off the end and Sea Mullet up close.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Boat fishermen trolling for Bluefish and Spanish continue having good luck outside the Inlet and a short distance off shore along the beach. Cobia were also caught.

Offshore Boats Report:
Sharks were a hindrance again Sunday but the fleet returned with to the docks with Yellowfin, Bailer Mahi and Bigeye. Bottom fishing produced Tilefish.

The winds are SW at 2 and the water temp is 63 degrees. Mostly cloudy, flat, glassy Ocean, no wind.
