Surf Fishing Report:
A few Sea Mullet, Bluefish fish were scattered on the beaches yesterday with some Pompano in Frisco. It has been slower than usual but with the wind switching maybe it will pick up today.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported some Trout and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
The Fritz Boyden Memorial Youth fishing tournament is being held on all piers this morning.
Avalon: Spades and Spanish.
Nags Head: Triggers, Spanish and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Spadefish, Triggers and Spanish
Outer Banks: Bluefish and Spanish early.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Near shore anglers reported Spanish, Bluefish, Red Drum and also some Dolphin. Inshore open boats are catching some Sea Mullet, Croakers and Flounder.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore boats caught good numbers of Yellowfin, Wahoo, some Bigeye and limited out on Mahi.

The winds are NE at 8 and the water temp is 77 degrees. Parly sunny, small chop, light winds.
