Surf Fishing Report:
Another scorching day on the Outer Banks and night thunder storms.
Surf fishing was slow yesterday. Pompano and Sea Mullet were scattered and Spanish were up and down on the beaches including north of the Inlet.

Sound Fishing Report:
The anglers fishing the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway caught Trout, some keepers, a couple of keeper Flounder and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish, Blues and Spadefish.
Nags Head: Spanish and Blues.
Jennette’s: Spanish, Bluefish, Triggers and Spades.
Outer Banks: Spanish, Bluefish, Sheepshead and Spades.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore had a good day catching Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel and some Cobia. Inshore some Bluefish, Croakers, Croakers.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet filled their boxes with Yellowfin, Bigeye, Dolphin and good bottom fishing for Tilefish.

The winds are SE at 8 and the water temp is 79 degrees. Mostly cloudy, Ocean flat and glassy, light winds.
