Surf Fishing Report:
The conditions were tough for surf fishing yesterday. There were a few Sea Mullet and Pompano on the south beaches. No news from our side of the bridge. The wind has switched to SW and the water temp has dropped 10 degrees since yesterday.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Stripers, small Sheepshead and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Keeper Puppy Drum early, Bluefish, Flounder and Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Spot and Sea Mullet
Jennette’s: Spades, Triggers, Flounder, Spanish, Sheepshead and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Spot and Sea Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The open boats fishing inside the inlet caught Bluefish, Flounder and Sea Mullet.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet stayed tied to the docks Wednesday.

The winds are SW at 8 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Partly sunny, clean swells, light winds.
