Surf Fishing Report:
We could not have better weather for the 4th of July week. The beach is busy and everyone is looking forward to fireworks.
Reports of Sea Mullet and nice Pompano tipping the scales for citations along the south beaches. Also Hatteras had some Bluefish added to the mix with Avon having some Spanish. North of the bridge there were reports of Sea Mullet, Spot, Bluefish and Flounder.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Spot and Flounder.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: A few Flounder, Triggers, Spot, Sea Mullet, Spades and Sheepshead.
Nags Head: No report.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Spanish and Sea Mullet.
Outer Banks: Spanish and Blues.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Near shore trolling boats had another awesome Spanish Mackerel day. Inshore there were Flounder, Bluefish Croaker in the channels.

Offshore Boats Report:
The blue water fleet had a stellar Billfish day catching Sailfish and Blue and White Marlin. They also filled their boxes with Yellowfin, Barracuda and loads of Mahi

The winds are E at 7 and the water temp is 70 degrees. Sunny, small choppy swell, light winds.
