Surf Fishing Report:
A big 2 lb 4 0z Pompano was caught at Frisco with good catches of Sea Mullet. Hatteras and Avon had Sea Mullet and Bluefish. Sheepshead was reported at the jetties again with a whopper 12 pounder caught.

On this side of the bridge, Sea Mullet and Bluefish.

The winds are SW at 10 and the water temp is 61 degrees. A beautiful day, Warm, water has a tiny swell, little murky. People on the beach early.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The anglers on the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway are catching small Trout.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout, a couple of keepers, Bluefish, Sea Mullet and a Spanish.

Nags Head: Loads of Bluefish.

Jennette’s: Sea Mullet and Bluefish.

Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and Bluefish.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore caught an abundance of Bluefish, Cobia and Specks. Inshore also caught Bluefish, Spanish and Trout. Miss Oregon inlet had good inlet fishing catching Bluefish, San Perch and Pigs and Pins.

Offshore Boats Report:
Gaffer Dolphin and limits of Yellowfin continue to be caught in great quantities. There was also a Sailfish release, a couple of White and Blue Marlin. One Blue weighing in at 600 lbs.
