Surf Fishing Report:
Despite the rough surf and high winds there were fish scattered from Avon to Hatteras beach. Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Pompano were reported early morning before the weather arrived. I heard no reports from this side of the bridge.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
No Pier report this morning.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Sound boats reported Flounder and Croaker.

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet stayed laid to the docks yesterday due to weather. There may be a new junior record set for a Dolphin Tuesday. Lucas Duke fishing aboard the Wasabi out of Teach’s Lair Marina caught a 72 lb 14 oz Mahi.

The winds are NE at 25 and the water temp is 75 degrees. High winds, high surf and cloudy/sunny.
