Surf Fishing Report:
The winds are down some today. Conditions are improving everyday. A couple of keeper Puppy Drum reported caught in Buxton behind the motels.

Sound Fishing Report:
Anglers fishing the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway caught a variety of small fish. A keeper Drum, Spot, Croaker, Trout and Striper.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Croaker and Gray Trout.
Nags Head: Bluefish and Spot.
Jennette’s: Black Drum, Bluefish and a large Red Drum have been released.
Outer Banks: Landed 3 Red Drum and lost 6. Spot, Sea Mullet and Flounder.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
A few inshore boats and caught nice size Red Drum. Some nearshore boats fished and caught a few Spanish and Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet stayed in another day due to Tropical storm Chris.

The winds are NE at 12 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Sunny, rough surf, windy.
