Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing continues to be slow. Should see some improvement today. There were a few scattered Sea Mullet and small Bluefish reported along the beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow, Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Slow, Blues.
Jennette’s: Croaker, Sea Mullet, Spot, Flounder.
Outer Banks: 2 Sharks and lost 2 Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore anglers are catching Croaker, Flounder, Trout and Pins and pigs. Nearshore Ribbonfish, Bluefish, Spanish and Mullet.

Offshore Boats Report:
Tropical storm Chris created a problem but the fleet was back at it yesterday. There were good catches of Mahi, some Albacore and 2 Blue Marlin releases.
