Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is slow. A few Sea Mullet and Pompano reported in the vicinity of ramp 48. A few Sea Mullet north of the inlet.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow this morning, for the lack of fishermen.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Few Bluefish.
Nags Head: Few Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Sea Mullet and Blue Crabs.
Outer Banks: Landed 3 Red Drum this morning, 23 in Black Drum and Sheepshead.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore fishing was outstanding with anglers catching Triggers, Ribbonfish and King Mackerel with the trolling boats catching Bluefish and Spanish. Inshore had Bluefish, Flounder and Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
Mahi was the fish of the day on Friday. Some Tuna and Wahoo were also caught. The White Marlin, Blue Marlin and Spearfish flags were also flying.

The winds are NE at 15 and the water temp is 77 degrees. Sunny, choppy surf, windy.
